Bonnie & Wild’s illy Caffè offers guests some of the best coffee in Edinburgh, along with teas, hot chocolate, juices, and pastries and cakes sourced from local bakeries.
With its new longer opening hours, the illy Caffè at Bonnie & Wild is serving hot and cold drinks and pastries from 9am through to 9pm.
As well as the classic Americano, lush Cappuccinos, or potent espressos, the illy Caffè offers you Filter Coffee, Lattes, Flat Whites, Macchiatto, Mocha, Matcha Latte, Hot Chocolate and a selection of teas from Edinburgh's Pekoe Tea. As well as standard dairy milk, the café also offers oat and coconut milk options.
Feeling peckish? The illy Caffè is home to the amazing Euesebi Bakery, offering an extensive selection of Italian pastries, sweet treats and delicious cakes made fresh each day.

Allergens and Provenance
All hot drinks can be made with dairy, oat, soy or coconut milk. Please ask.
We use separate milk jugs and milk wands to reduce cross contamination.
Hot Chocolate: May contain cereals containing gluten, milk, egg, soya, nuts, celery, sulphites.
Chai Latte: Contains milk powder. May contain cereals containing gluten, egg, soya, nuts, celery, sulphites.
Matcha: May contain cereals containing gluten, egg, soya, nuts, celery, sulphites.
Wild-Coco Berry Smoothie: contains soy-based coconut milk.
Cakes: Cakes are separated by shelves and different tongs are used to reduce cross contamination. Please ask our staff about allergens or see below for our most commonly held pastries from local bakeries:
