With its new longer opening hours, the illy Caffè at Bonnie & Wild is serving hot and cold drinks and pastries from 9am through to 9pm.

As well as the classic Americano, lush Cappuccinos, or potent espressos, the illy Caffè offers you Filter Coffee, Lattes, Flat Whites, Macchiatto, Mocha, Matcha Latte, Hot Chocolate and a selection of teas from Edinburgh's Pekoe Tea.

As well as standard dairy milk, the café also offers oat and coconut milk options.

Feeling peckish? The illy Caffè beautifully complements Bonnie & Wild’s wider food offer with an extensive selection of pastries and cakes made fresh each day, with everyday regulars such as croissants, pain au chocolat and cinnamon bun alongside a varied and ever-changing display of tasty treats, sourced locally from Edinburgh bakeries Le Petit Francais and Three Sisters Bake. Expect to see the likes of roudale raisin, apricot pastry, salted caramel brownie, lemon tarts, cheese scones, and much, much more (and never the same selection twice!). With daily plant-based and gluten-free options, guests on a vegan and/or gluten-free diet are also well catered for.

And if you're part of a larger groups hiring out our events space, the illy Caffè at Bonnie & Wild can also offer you batch brews for meetings and private dining.
