Giveaway on Instagram
Instagram users participate in our contest posts, and who follow the post's instructions, will be selected at random to win the nominated prize, which can be collected from our venue. Winners will be contacted by in-app direct messaging. Acceptance of the prize grants Bonnie & Wild permission to reshare winner's username, and if relevant their content. If we do not receive a reply within one week of notification, we will select another participant at random. Contests with prizes containing alcohol can only be entered by over-18s. B&W management's decision is final. No cash alternative will be offered.
Events & Cancellations
RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
A room hire fee or deposit is required within 72 hours of making a reservation to secure your booking. If payment is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled.
We do not operate on credit terms. All outstanding balances (including food and beverage orders) must be settled in advance, or at the latest on the day of your event.
All rates are inclusive of VAT. All payments are processed via a secure payment link provided by our third-party, Stripe.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will try to accommodate changes where possible. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: No refund
- Cancellation with less than 72 hours' notice: 50% of deposit
- Cancellation with less than seven days' notice: 75% of deposit
- Cancellation with more than seven days' notice: Full refund of deposit
- Cancellations of set private dining menus made within 72 hours of the event will be charged in full
- Refunds for pre-ordered food are at the discretion of the individual food outlets you have ordered from
- Any additional costs incurred in the run-up to your event, such as entertainment, will still be passed on
- Please note our room hire fee is non-refundable.
ORDERING FOOD
Food can be pre-ordered from a selection of our marketplace menus.
All food pre-orders must be submitted in writing at least 10 days prior to your event.
It is the responsibility of the event organiser to collect guests' allergen information and provide this to Bonnie & Wild in good time. For more detailed information on allergens, please visit our website: www.bonnieandwildmarket.com/allergens. Due to the nature of the marketplace kitchens, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
Menu items and final costs may be subject to change due to seasonal availability and fluctuations in market prices. Any changes will be communicated to you at the earliest opportunity.
MUSIC & VIDEO
Video content may be displayed on our AV screens, provided the event organiser has cleared all copyright. The organiser will be liable for any infringements.
Films or slideshows must be supplied at least one week in advance, in MP4 format, with a maximum file size of 200MB and screen dimensions of 1920px (width) by 1080px (height).
We provide background music via our PA system. You are welcome to bring your own music on a device that can be connected via Bluetooth.
DRINKS
Drinks can be pre-ordered for service on arrival and/or during your event. Alternatively, we can staff and manage our private bar for your event, please ask for our full drinks list.
SERVICE CHARGE
A discretionary 10% service charge will apply to all Christmas party bookings of more than 12 guests. This applies to events taking place between 15th November and 31st December.
