Giveaway on Instagram

Instagram users participate in our contest posts, and who follow the post's instructions, will be selected at random to win the nominated prize, which can be collected from our venue. Winners will be contacted by in-app direct messaging. Acceptance of the prize grants Bonnie & Wild permission to reshare winner's username, and if relevant their content. If we do not receive a reply within one week of notification, we will select another participant at random. Contests with prizes containing alcohol can only be entered by over-18s. B&W management's decision is final. No cash alternative will be offered.

Events and Cancellations

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

One, two or all three rooms can be booked, for a minimum four-hour booking. The room hire fee, or redeemable deposit, should be paid at time of booking to secure the date. This can be done either by secure payment link or in person.

All additional costs, including pre-ordered food and drink, entertainment, etc, must be paid for in advance, or on the day of your event.

Invoices should be settled in advance of your event.

All rates are inclusive of VAT.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that accidents and illnesses happen and will try to accommodate cancellations and rescheduling as much as possible. We cannot issue refunds with less than 72 hours’ notice. This includes initial deposit/room hire and any pre-ordered food and drinks.

If you cancel or reschedule your event with less than 14 days' notice, but more than 72 hours, you will receive your pre-ordered drinks costs refunded to you but not initial deposit. Pre-ordered food refunds are at the discretion of the individual food outlets you have pre-ordered from.

Please note that any additional costs incurred in the run-up to your event, such as entertainment, will still be passed on.

ORDERING FOOD

Food can be pre-ordered from various menus. Where possible, we will try to accommodate dietary requirements given notice.

We require all food pre-orders to be made in writing 10 days prior to your event.

It is up to the individual booking the event to contact guests for allergens. This should be passed on to Bonnie & Wild in good time, with guests' names and details of allergy and food ordered.

Given the nature of the Food Hall we cannot guarantee no cross contaminations. Our full list of allergens can be viewed at www.bonnieandwildmarket.com/allergens

Menu items and final costs may differ from those stated on the menus due to market price changes. We will advise you of this at the earliest opportunity.

Any cancellations of set private dining menu less than 72 hours will be charged the full price.

For private dining bookings guests can choose from either Creel Caught or Leith Woks menus, but each individual must choose all three courses from the same menu.

MUSIC & VIDEO

Video content can be displayed on our AV screens on condition all copyright has been cleared. The booker will be liable for any infringements.

If you wish your film or slideshow played it must be supplied at least one week in advance and in MP4 format. Maximum file size 300MB and subject to screen size of 1920px wide by 1080px tall.

We will have music playing on our PA system, but you may also bring your own music on a device that we can link up to our system. This is done through a Bluetooth connection.

DRINKS

Drinks can be pre-purchased and served on arrival and/or during your event. Alternatively, we can staff and manage the private bar for you. Please ask to see our full drinks list.

SERVICE CHARGE

All Christmas parties with more than 12 guests will be subject to a 10% service charge. This is in effect from 15th November to 31st December.
