Isle of Raasay Distillery take over the bar at Bonnie & Wild

We are delighted to announce that the magnificent Isle of Raasay Distillery have taken over our Dookit Bar for the month of December!

Opening last night amid the whirling and twirling of the White Heather Club, the Isle of Raasay Distillery bar at Bonnie & Wild will showcase the distillery’s range of beautiful Scottish gins and single malt whiskies, including its latest Dùn Cana Sherry Quarter Cask release.

You can also pick up a flight of whiskies, meaning you can sample Raasay’s delicious core range of single malts, as well as a medley of tailor-made cocktails featuring Isle of Raasay Gin and Isle of Raasay Single Malt, each one designed to show off the flavours of Scotland.

Raasay’s pop-up bar is the latest in a series of collaborations and pop-ups we’ve hosted at Bonnie & Wild, demonstrating our passion for championing Scotland’s amazing food and drink producers.

Pop along to the Raasay bar and choose from cocktails including The Raasay Sour, a Gingerbread Old Fashioned, Forest Spritz and a Bramble. The Whisky flights include Isle of Raasay Signature Single Malt, their Distillery of the Year expression and their Sherry Quarter Cask Release Dùn Cana.

We’re delighted to launch this latest bar takeover with Isle of Raasay Distillery, who produce an exceptional range of single malt whiskies and gin. The Scottish Marketplace concept means we can give space, within Edinburgh’s fabulous St James Quarter, to these amazing producers and showcase the world-class products that are produced here. Guests coming to Bonnie & Wild really get the chance to explore the very many different flavours of Scotland.
