With one of the city’s best events space, our private dining room and Tryst bar are pretty much fully booked throughout December, though we do have a handful of dates where we do still have availability (see below). 

We’re also now taking reservations for larger groups in our marketplace from 9.30pm! Perfect for those of you wanting to continue the celebrations into the night. Email our events team for more info!

Countdown to Christmas

Edinburgh’s Christmas Markets officially launch on Saturday November 15th but our own celebrations start a little bit earlier on November 3rd when we unleash our festive buzz and our beautiful Christmas decorations go live. Created by Fleurtations, they’re always an uplifting festive feast for the eyes. We reckon they’re among the best in the city, but don’t just take our word for it. Come and have a look yourself! 

And to celebrate, that same week we’re launching our new winter cocktail menu. Like our summer menu, we’ll have a full list of delicious low and no alternatives. Keep an eye on our Socials for when we launch these tantalising new tipples! Speaking of cocktails, did you know we also run cocktail masterclasses? It’s a fantastic afternoon or evening’s entertainment for a group of friends. Also makes a great Christmas present as it’s always good to have something fun to look forward to in the New Year?

Saturday Nov 22nd - Highland Outfitters open day – Meet Hamish Martin and team as they unveil their beautiful tartan, kilts and formal wear designs, perfect for all those black tie events you’ve got coming up.

Thursday Nov 27th - St Andrews Ceilidh – tartan, Scottish music, dancing and cheer. It can only mean the White Heather Club’s back for another fabulous ceilidh. Book your ticket here! 

Sunday Nov 30th – Whisky Craft Tasting – meet whisky buff Sonny Charles as he guides you through a curated list of exceptional whiskies for St Andrew’s Day. Book your whisky tasting here! 

Monday December 1st - Christmas Menu Specials launched. More details to come!

Tuesday December 16th - Love Actually screening – get in the festive mood while we play this modern Christmas classic on our big screen. Popcorn, mulled wine, cocktails and more. 

Thursday 18th – White Christmas Heather Club – It’s our last ceilidh of the year, but the big question is whether Santa’s going to make an appearance! Dancing starts from 8pm. Book your ticket here! 

Tues 23rd - It's A Wonderful Life – Come and spend an evening at Bonnie & Wild, and watch how Clarence gets his wings as George Bailey and family discover the meaning of Christmas in the ultimate feelgood film. 

We’re also going to have carol singing throughout Christmas, and will be sharing details of our Christmas menu specials which will go live in December!
