More tastings, more whiskies and more Scottish craft gin
The boutique bottle shop at Bonnie & Wild has just had a major rebrand as Rarity, with big plans for future events and an expanded offer!
Our boutique bottle shop has just got better after our friends at Inverarity Morton have unveiled a major overhaul of the outlet. IM has been a key partner within Bonnie & Wild since we opened our Food Hall in July 2021, with the wholesaler supplying all of our three bars and bottle shop.
Now, after “a successful two years of trade and collaboration” we're working together to take our wee shop to the next level! The move further underlines Inverarity Morton's commitment to Bonnie & Wild and we think it builds on “the great synergy and commercial potential” between the two businesses!
Benefitting from Inverarity Morton’s access to niche and rare products, Rarity at Bonnie & Wild will represent drinks producers from across the country while also making full use of Bonnie & Wild’s events spaces and strong footfall as one of the St James Quarter’s most popular destinations.
Rarity has also unveiled its first wave of events in the run-up for Christmas, with distillers and producers from across the country coming to the venue for tastings, talks and meet the makers. A string of high-profile and highly sought-after releases will be available in store in the coming months, including rare and sought-after whiskies including the Macallan Harmony, and both the Hibiki Harmony and the Hibiki 21 Mizunara, plus expressions from Bowmore, GlenAllachie, Springbank, Longrow, Hazelburn, Isle of Raasay, and Lochlea. Interested parties are being encouraged to sign up to the Rarity Members’ Area via the Bonnie & Wild website for the latest updates and news of upcoming releases.
