Scottish TV and up-and-coming TikTok star Chef Jimmy Lee has cooked many Chinese Dishes with a Scottish twist in front of the cameras!

Whether it was his TV Show Hot Woks when he cooked Scotch Beef with whisky and Black Bean sauce or his controversial Irn Bru Soy Chicken on Live at Five, Jimmy's made a name for himself at cooking up delicious dishes marrying Chinese flavours with Scottish products.

With his new venture Leith Woks, one of three Asian restaurants within Bonnie & Wild in Edinburgh's St James Quarter, Chef Jimmy Lee brings all your favourite Chinese fine dining dishes and adds his own inimitable style!

Leith Woks' menu includes a selection of small and big plates, ranging from Duck Spring Rolls with Hoi Sin Bramble Dip, Chicken Satay Skewers, Scotch Beef Flank Curry and Rice, Ayrshire Roast Pork Jasmine Rice, Cloudy Lemon Chicken, Chicken Chow Mein, Chicken Egg Fried Rice, and Vegetable Black Bean Rice.
