Gary Maclean: Scottish Celebrations book launch


Join us on Thursday, November 9th for a very special cooking demo and book launch with Scotland’s National Chef, Gary Maclean.

Marking the launch of Gary’s latest cookbook, Scottish Celebrations: Treasured Traditions and Contemporary Recipes from Scotland, Gary will be hosting his own cooking show, while also taking fielding questions and then a book signing, and all in our beautiful events space.

We’re super excited to be hosting Gary, who’s spent his career promoting Scottish cuisine and culture, and who now runs our very own Creel Caught within Bonnie & Wild. Gary’s latest cookbook Scottish Celebrations shares the story of Scotland’s culinary heritage, with recipes for traditional, modern and timeless dishes. A fair few will be familiar to many Scots families over the generations!
